I find that gay guys often stare at me... I am not ugly and I keep myself well groomed. I am not saying they think I'm hot or WANT me, but they definitely do notice me, why is this?

I'm gay and I notice hot women all the time, and yes, I look.
It's not that I'm sexually attracted to them, it's just that I appreciate and understand the effort that went into looking that good! Just take it as a compliment.
And just because I'm checking out the menu, it doesn't mean I'm going to make a reservation!!!

It's probably your style or the way you carry yourself. As we all know most gay are pretty sensitive to fashion. I have 2 gay men as my best friends and we hang out often. They look at women usually when they are find their looks, hair, dressing or disposition attractive or interesting. They are friendly to straights also. ^_~

Gay guys usually look at me too, and I'm a girl. For some reason they think I'm gay and try to hook me up with their gay female friends. Why? I don't know. I mean I'm a girly girl.
