How long and wide is a normal parrot?

That varies depending on which kind of parrot.In general parrots sizeranges from 8.7 to 100 cm.

For examples:
>> A medium-sized "Superb parrot" ( bright green) is approximately 40cm long.
>>Buff-faced Pygmy-parrot - 8 cm long.
>>Hyacinth Macaw - 1 meter long.
>>Double-Eyed Fig-Parrot -14 cm long.
>>Eclectus parrots - 30-36 cm long.
>>Myers parrots - 20 cm long.
>>Red-Headed Parrot Finches - 12.5 cm long.

You see, there about 350 species of parrot, so you need to be specific of which parrot you are after.

Cockatiels 20 x 20 cage - 1/2" inch to 5/8"

Conures 22 x 24 cage - 5/8" to 3/4"

Caiques, Small mini macaw 24 x 24 cage - 5/8" to 1"

Small Amazons, African Greys 32 x 23 cage - 3/4" 1"

Mini macaw, cockatoo, Amazon 36 x 24 cage - 3/4" 1"

Large Macaws, Large Cockatoos 40 x 30 cage - 3/4" 1"

??? What breed? There are dozens of varieties. Small as a parakeet or big as a macaw. Most are the size of a pigeon or in that neigborhood.
