Perfectly healthy couples take anywhere from 1-12 months to conceive. 3.5 months is still very early in the game.
I would also like to suggest that you don't have sex "multiple times a day" as you are depleting your fiance's supply. It takes men 24 hours to replenish themselves after each ejaculation, so in having sex multiple times a day every day or close to it I'm afraid you're not giving him a chance to do that and may be operating with little sperm count.
My advice.... use ovulation predictor kits. When you start testing, have sex every other day. When you test positive, have sex that day and every day after for 4 days.
Good luck.

3 1/2 months is not very long. Your problem may be you are trying to often! Sperm can live inside a woman's body for up to 7 days. So there's no need to "try" multiple times a day. You need to let your fiance's sperm count build back up and have sex every other day. Also after sex (missionary is the best position to conceive) put a pillow under your bottom & hips, this will help the sperm pool in your uterus. Lay there for about 15 minutes. This should help you have a baby very soon! Good Luck!!!

As a general rule of thumb, a healthy couple should be 'trying' for about a year before concluding that a fertility problem exists. While you should consult a doctor for advice, here's some suggestions: Instead of multiple times per day, try every other day or no more than once per day; the increased volume of semen should increase the odds of success. While far from a consistent guide, most women reach peak fertility at about day 16. Make sure he wears boxers - nothing tight - and stays away from hot tubs or hot showers. Good luck!

The medical definition of infertility is failure to conceive after 2 years.
At about 18 months, if you haven't been successful, you should have your husband checked out (it's an easy check for men). If your husband checks out and still no luck after 24 months, then they will want to check you out (it's much more complex for women than men, as all of their equipment is on the inside.)
If they find problems with you, don't loose hope. There are MANY options for both men and women to conceive... but that's a different question all together! ;-)

You can only conceive a baby during a 2-3 day period in which you are ovulating. Sometimes it takes and sometimes it doesn't. If you haven't conceived after trying for a year then go to your doctor and they will do tests.

It really depends on the individual. Some couples conceive very quickly and others can take months or even years. If after one year of trying and you still have not become pregnant, see a specialist so they can run tests (if you haven't done so already because after 1 year they consider it an issue).

My advise is maybe not to have sex multiple times a day .. altho that is how me and my fiance are sometimes... we are TTC at the moment after a miscarriage but while we were TTC we had sex everyday during ovulation, 24hours between each time (as then the sperm can get strong... dont know the medical term) and once you have finished place a few pillows under yourself to make sure the sperm are going in.... it works... trust!
Good luck

you should have sex every other day, it lets his sperm count get to its highest rate. also have sex when you ovulate. try www.mymonthlycycles.com it will tell you when you ovulate and allot of other things to help you conceive. if you are under age 35 then you should try for a year and if over 35 try for 6 months and if by those times you have not gotten preg then see you doc
it took me about 3-4 months to get preg with my first 2 and about 6 weeks with the last 2

It just depends on when you are ovulating. This should be two weeks after your period. The have ovulation tests at pharmacies like walgreens where it can track your two best days to conceive. Good luck.

I know you are SO eager to know if you are pregnant or not. In all honesty you need to wait to see if you start first and if you don't THEN take a pregnancy test or wait a week after you've missed your period for a definite reading. Goodluck!
