Yeah. But I never check on it in the store :))
I love supermarkets & always buy unnecesssary things..
For example, once I went to the market (it was closest on my way) to buy cigarettes & thought just to look around as I actually did... & after like a half an hour, I was at the cash register paying for 2 big bags of groceries... Just a few minutes later - I am comeing back to the market carrying the heavy bags & asking the boy to help me by holding them while I get the purse out to buy the cigarettes I forgot b4...?!?! Yeah, they all laughed... including myself! What a foool! :)))))
I should try harder with the grocery lists, huh? :)

Yes I do prepare a grocery list. Once a week, I sit down with the market ads, my coupon file and go through it all. I start with what we need. The store with the most products that we need/can use and that I have coupons for gets our biz that week, I then plan the week's menus according to the ad specials.
It takes me roughly an hour to prepare the list, sort through the ad and coupon file. Then once I'm in the market, I spend about 40 minutes gathering the stuff and paying for it all.

Yes , I must do that or I would always be going back and forth to the grocery, I cant ever remember every thing I need

I try to, because otherwise I just buy whatever I see that seems good. But sometimes it is hard for me to think of everything I need before I go, so I tend to wing it and just write down main things.

I don't write the list everyone else does. Then if they complain that I didn't buy what they wanted I ask, "Was it on the list?" My husband went bananas because I didn't buy bananas. They weren't on the list.

yes when im runin low on funds so that i stick to the list and dont jus grab a whole bunch of junk i had no intention of gettin!!!
