Rydeegan - DH Smith isn't underrated or underused as he's only been in about 3 matches since his debut, other then that good answers.

Shelton Benjamin:Great Talent and he can't used the right way by Vince.He was supposed to get his push with his 2 straight victories over HHH back in 2004 but Vince dropped him again..
Jamie Noble:I don't like him that much in WWE but whoever saw him in RoH knows what a great wrestler he is.Simply great..
Elijah Burke:He has proved himself as a good wrestler and i believe that he will get his push..someday
Kevin Thorn:Same as Elijah.I didn't liked him as Mordecai but he is very good!
Charlie Hass is one of the top of that list cause he has great wrestling ability and very good technician.It seems like Benjamin that he will never get a big push.He lacks of charisma..
Tommy Dreamer..He is one my favs of all time in ECW.He is that damn good and now he can't grab a victory??You have got to be kidding me.I hope WWE will see the real talent and what ECW wants and push him..
Carlito is underrated too.He has skills and charisma but i can't see him main eventing and there are some rumors that he asked for his release..(rumors are just rumors though!!)
Hardcore Holly:The guy is very tough and he can put up entertaining matches.I can't understand why Vince can't use him right..
Chavo Guerrero is a little bit but he was actually taking a push in the cruiserweight division..but now that division does not exist anymore..So Chavo has be taken of tv and he has huer his knee(kayfabe)
either Stevie Richars which is trying to become better and better or Kane but that is his choice since WWE offered him the title but he is willing to job to the younger talents...or Mr.Kennedy cause yes i agre that among the fans he is overrated but in the WWE he isn't.He jobbed to Cena and he was unlucky cause he was supposed to take his push!How can he be overrated since he is only 1 time US champ??
Shannon Moore is also a little bit underrated...

Alright here are my top ten underrated supperstars in WWE today (number one is the most underrated to me.)
10)William Regal...He is never used in matches I mean he was a good fighter in his earlier years.
9)Finlay...This guy hasn't won a championship yet and I think he deserves at least a decent title shot
8)Elijah Burke...This guy is a up and coming star in the WWE.He doesn't deserve to be on ECW he should be on Smackdown.
7)Tommy Dreamer..All this guy is used for is getting his butt kicked on ECW by Big Daddy V. I mean come on he is an ECW original give him a match he actually stands a chance in.
6)Ken Kennedy...He has never won a title since being in the WWE and he has wins over people like The Undertaker,Batista,Rey Mysterio and more
5)Carlito...He needs an Intercontinental title shot becuase he was a great Intercontinental champ when he had the belt and he is a second generation superstar.
4)Shelton Benjamin...This guy has great talent but WWE doesn't know how to use it.They put him in a tag team with a nobody and let him get beat all the time.
3)Brian Kendrick...Had over a year long tag team championship reign on Smackdown and he fit in on that show and then he gets sent to Raw to get his butt kicked.Another poor use of talent by the WWE

I rest my case and by the way if you are wondering who my favorite WWE superstar is it is Randy Orton...RKO, but my all time is the People's Champ...The Great One...The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment today...The Rock...If you smell...What the Rock...is cooking.

I don't think there are that many underrated people in the WWE... I always thought Mr. Kennedy (...Kennedy...) is underrated, but that's just me. I thought ever since his win at Money in The Bank at Wrestlemania this year, it would be his ticket to main event status, but NO, they had to give the title to Edge again... Dammit. Not that I don't enjoy Edge (I mean, he took the title away from John Cena... twice), I guess i'm just a bigger fan of Kennedy.
I also think CM Punk is underrated. I mean, sure, he's the ECW Champion, but nowadays the ECW Champ is kind of like the Intercontinental Champ or the U.S. Champ. It's lost it's appreciation (They put the belt on Mr. McMahon, for God's sake...) I also think John Morrison (I still think of him as Johnny Nitro) is kind of underrated. He's a good wrestler, very acrobatic, very flashy. Good thing he's now one of the main people on ECW.

Benjamin- hes a beast if they will let him be.
Carlito-why not hes good on the mic
cade&Murdoch-yeah I know but they are good mic and they are believbale as red necks.
Kane- a jobber that could have been the 2nd coming of taker
Supercrazy-should be the crusierweigh champ
Matt Hardy- hes been there so long so I show him love
