what makeup brand should I use for:?

For eyeshadow you should get MAC, they're really great and heaps of colours and shades for you to choose from.

Mascara - Definitely Maybelline's Great Lash, voted for Best mascara.

Lip gloss - Lancome or L'oreals, Lancome is more expensive but it's really nice, an alternative which is similar is L'oreal it's less more costly but it's practically the same except for the brand!

Foundation - Alot of brands has nice foundation, it doesn't really matter which one you choose, but Lancome, MAC, L'oreal has really good ones, if you want cheaper, Maybelline is alright!

Eyeshadow: L'Oreal, Maybelline or Cover Girl are all good and reasonably priced, under five dollars.

Mascara: Cover Girl Lash Blast. It just came out, and I know that I cannot live without it. I comes in a bright orange tube, and it makes your lashes look like the girls in the magazine. I paid six dollars for mine.

Lipgloss: I hate lipgloss, but the one brand I actually like and wear is L'Oreal HIP. It's about eight bucks, it has lots of color and shine, and it lasts.

Foundation: The best brands are Revlon Color Stay and L'Oreal True Match, but I think they run pretty close to ten dollars, so you'll be close with this one.

Eyeshadow: I am really liking Almay eyeshadow right now, but a LOT of sephora's eyeshadows are top notch and awesome (haven't tried them yet though because my Almay is great)
Mascara: L'Oreal makes great mascaras! I love the voluminous, but all of the mascaras are terrific!
Lip Gloss: I am liking Style-Styli (their website sells the gloss for 24$ but anyone can get them form Longs for 6$)!!!! They last a long time, have great colors, and taste good! The ultra violet is my favorite! It's clear, but in certain lighting it has hints of purple (like ultra-violet!)
Foundation: Almay or Clinique! I am in love with Almay's Nearly Naked foundation though! it's perfect for all skin types, and is nice and easy on skin!

Rimmel London~mascara (their brushes are amazing you get virtually 0 clump)
Cover girl eyeshadow~(Their prices are slightly cheaper and the product just as good as other brands)
Revlon~Lip gloss (It is a little more expensive, but much better quality than most brands)
Almay~foundation (they have that new shade change foundation it works really well)

i work at sephora. i love urban decay, stila, and NARS eye shadows. blinc kiss me is the best mascara out there. i like bobbi brown and smashbox lip gloss. laura mercier has the best foundation. she is known for the flawless face look. these are all pricey but if you want to splurge... go for the laura mercier foundation. i promise u will love it! there are a lot of pretty drug store eye shadows and lip glosses. maybeline's great lash mascara is similar to blinc's kiss me mascara, but it's not waterproof and i think it clumps up too much.

Maybelline makes great foundation. I would also use a Maybelline product for your Mascara. For your Eye Shadow I would use Almay. And for lipgloss I would use Rimmel! =)

what's your budget? MAC is amazing but expensive. Cheap stuff makes me break out so I reached a good middle with L'Oreal
