I have really big lips and I can't stand them. I don't wear lipstick or lipliner or anything to make them look bigger they just are BIG.
is there anything besides surgery that I can do to make them appear smaller??

this is a question i really didnt have an answer to so i decided to investigate on my own. i started with a pizza roller (must be wooden) then i purchased a dremel tool from home depot. make sure you do not tell anyone you are doing this because they will be jealous and tell you not to do it. now disconnect the phone line to your house and shut all the lights out. put the dremel to full power, close your eyes and start carving. if you get scared, its ok....but dont give up. you need smaller lips and anyone telling you that your lips are ok the way they are is someone that does not love or care for you. make sure you keep lipstick nearby so you can pretty them up after.

Use a light lip stick with a matte finsh. Using a shiny product will make them appear even larger.
Also, divert people's attention by making something else the main feature. For example, play up your eyes or wear chunky jewelry.

you say you dont wear liner or lip stick - you may want to start -
put base all over your face and over you lips - use a lip liner as close to your skin tone as possible - and line the inside of your lips - then take a lipstick ( nothing glossy you want a matte finsih gloss will make them look even bigger ) the lipstick should be as close to the natual color of your lips as possible - and fill inside the liner -

Do not bite or lick your lips - that makes them puff out. Don't think there's anything you can do about the actual size except create illusions through make up. Making your lips paler is the first step.

Line them just inside your natural lip lines. Fill in w/ liner to hel pyour lipstick stay. Wear a matte (not shiny or glossy) lipstick that is very neutral.

Probably the only way you can downplay them is to make your other features stand out more.. Like your eyes!

Short of cosmetic surgery, I'm not sure there's anything you can do. This may just be one of those things about yourself you're going to have to accept.
And it's not like you're covered in black and green warts here, big lips are sexy! You just have to change your perspective.

you can delineate it with lipliner but delineate it inseide of your lips, not inside and your lips can see smaller
but i think the big lips are in
and if you makeover it witha little bit of gloss i guess it can see fine
