Remove half the dash, and hours later you will come to the evaporator case. Split the case and you will see the heater core and the ac evaporator, remove heater core, re assemble, and have the coolant system flushed. If you dont live in a cold climate, I dont it was 92 here today, then you can bypass it for less than ten dollars in 15 minutes.

Be prepared to pull out the dash. It can be complicated you might want to take it to a shop.

'02 and it's leaking ? If it's not leaking it's not the problem.
