To answer your question directly, http://samuelfrench.com/store/index.php sells plays.

There's a site I go to that has many librettos online http://libretto.musicals.ru/letter.php?language=1

There are tons of monologue books, especially at the library or sites like Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc.

There are sites online, if you search monologue database, many come up:
http://www.monologuesearch.com/
http://notmyshoes.net/monologues/
http://www.whysanity.net/monos/
http://www.whysanity.net/monos/mlinks.html

And many more, there's a Shakespeare one (several actually) but it didn't come up on te first page this time.

good luck,
Marianne

You need to look at collections in major libraries and look up the licensing companies for plays - Samuel French, etc.
Film scripts are normally only available for a few films where it is interesting to examine the creation process.
