Your purchase has no effect on the terms of you lease. There is most likely a clause in there about breaking it, usually 2-3 months rent does the trick.

you can break an apartment lease anytime you want... as long as you understand they have the right to enforce every thing they say in the agreement. Talk to the property owner or property manager, and tell them what is going on, and on many occasions, they will let you out of the lease, but expect to at least lose any and all deposits

You can break your lease. You will just have to pay the penalties. Sometimes, it requires a 60 day notice sometimes plus one month and/or it is 30 days plus 1 months rent and/or your security deposit. Read your lease to see what the procedures and penalties are for breaking it early.

Not legally and without costs.
The landlord can hold you liable for the rent until either a replacement tenant is found or the lease expires.
The landlord can hold you liable for any costs he may incur due to your breach, such as advertising, agent fees, etc.
The landlord can sue you for the above mentioned costs and get a judgment against you.
The judgment will be reported to the credit bureaus. The landlord can attempt to collect on the judgment by garnishing wages, bank accounts or placing a lien against your house.

As long as you're going to pay the amount stated in the lease, yes.

You usually can, but you'll have to pay whatever penalty is in the lease for leaving early.
