Zero. Only one type of daddy longlegs is actually venomous. It is the actual daddy longleg spider. But its venom is very weak and poses no threat to humans. Even if you eated it wouldn't poses a threat. Though it would be a good source of protein.

The next daddy longleg, which is also called the harvestman,is neither poisonous nor venomous. Nor is it a true spider. So it definitely can't kill you.

The third which is actually an insect is also neither venomous nor poisonous, but a good source of protein,if you decide to eat it.

If you are talking about the true daddy long legs which is not a spider (doesn't have 8 legs) you could eat all you can catch without fear of any poison. They are not very meaty so I think you would expend more energy in the catching than the meal would give you. Plus those legs look really untasty anyway and they are the bulk of that critter.
