I opened emails from the toospoiled.com and thecareersource.org scams. does my computer have bugs now?

run your antivirus program and your adware program.

If your computer is updated and you did NOT click on any links in the email, you are not infected.
NEVER open any email you were not expecting or don't recognize the sender. Every time you open spam mail you are telling the senders that "Hey I Found A LIVE ONE"

Run some anti-spyware and anti-virus scans and then you tell us!
