Help!! what to do about a friend doing bad things?

please give me advice, i rly want to help them..........like rly bad

well, drugs, and alchohol, and hes in the 7th grade. and his sister does it to but i dont know her and he woul;d be rly mad if i told his parents, or i i told the police or somthing, he's been arrested before though. i havent been freinds with him to long but i rly do care if he dies., but i rly for sure dont like like him.

It would really help to know what they are doing. However, since you have not included this information, here is my take. Bad things could mean anything from stealing a piece of candy from the store to killing someone. You probably already know what you should do in your heart, and if that is the case then you should do it. If it is something like stealing, vandalism, or something of equal evil, just tell them you think they are being stupid, and that they are just hurting innocent people. If they are abusing someone, or hurting themselves, or (god forbid) killing people, you need to tell the authorities. You could tell a parent, teacher, or even call 911 and make an anonymous phone call. In any case if these "Bad things" are really serious, and you don't do anything about it, you could regret it later. Don't be scared.

do u mean like smoking pot and stuff?
if they're ur long time friends (like more than 2 years), then talk to them about it and show that you're really concerned (same with if they're pretty new friends but u want to extend the friendship). if u just befriended them (like in within the last year or half or somehting... then just stop being friends with them little by little)

Talk to your friend's parents. They should know. That is a good way to help your friend.
