when i'm super stressed i work out. i have not found a better stress reliever than that. also being outdoors really clears my head when i'm stressed about something. so i try to combine those two by going for a walk or a jog in the park. feels great when i'm done. or i'll lift weights...when i force myself to concentrate on which muscles i'm working, my mind is totally focused on that and i don't even think about the stress. plus when i'm done the endorphines make me feel really good.

I find that writing (as in novels) is a great way to get rid of stress. It's an escape so that you aren't so caught up in stressful events of everyday life. Other ways of expressing yourself like playing an instrument or writing poetry helps as well. ^^

de-stress, i have my rent payed, a free loan off the gov for everything else coz im in uni, i have a bf, i have great friends and class only 2 days a week and fly to spain 3 times a year!!! so i have no need for stress lol!

I'm doing it now. My computer calms me down. I love Yahoo Answers! I read more than I answer. I also love eBay! I could search for things on eBay for hours and hours. It makes me forget about the stress of the day.

EVERY single night when I come home from work I head streat to the bathroom and take a long hot bubble bath with my candles lit and Ill have one shot of Tequila Rose and one square of my favorite chocolate! Its amazing how well this relieves any worries or stress Ive put up with all day! and god help the first one who interrupts my bubble bath!!! lol You truly do have to spoil yourself and take care of yourself!

Drive around to the middle of no where blaring my music and singing at the top of my lungs and taking lots of pictures of everything while I am driving.
That is my all time favorite thing to do when I am stressed out.

try not to get to stressed in the first place. but when i do i lock my self in my room go in my clost and paint. i know it sounds weird but i love decorating my closet.
