I'm not on any birth control. My hubby and I started having sex ten weeks after our daughter is born. We're on the pulling out method. I haven't got my period since I gave birth three months ago. Is there a possibilities?

Yes you can get pg. while breastfeeding. You're actually the most fertile the 1st year after giving birth. The problem is, when bfeeding, at first you don't ovulate...so of course you can't get pg. Nobody knows when you will have your first ovulation so you could get pg at anytime and not know it b/c it's also normal not to have a period while bfeeding. Pulling out method isn't the best b/c sperm still comes out during sex, and sometimes a high concentration of it. The only way to know is to take a test. I'm bfeeding and don't have a period and it drives me crazy!!! B/C I'm always always wondering, "could i be?" I feel you! Anyway, just be careful b/c it's definitely possible! :)

ps.) you can take a progesterone only birth control pill and it's safe for your baby!

yes, there is a huge chance of getting pregnant when you are breastfeeding. Most women think its a form of birth control but its not safe for birth control at all. I was way too fertile and got pregnant 3 months after my first baby.

yes it is possible. I had my daughter 3 months ago and I haven't gotten my period either. My Doctor told me to be careful because it is easier to get pregnant right after giving birth.

Of course you can get pregnant while breast-feeding, your body still ovulates as normal. You may not be getting your period though because of hormonal reasons, your body could be adjusting after being pregnant. Take a test though, it can't hurt

Yup, Humans are much like kitty cats...ASAP reproduction sets in and succeeds. Irish twins is a good answer. only 10 months apart.
Due to good Irish whiskey, and fine music!
