The answer is (10 choose 4) = 10!/(6!4!) = 210

This is the 5th entry from the left, of the 11th row of Pascal's triangle. That row starts out

1 10 45 120 210

it's 10C4 = 10!/(6!)(4!)

10*9*8*7/4*3*2*1= 210

Now pascals triangle starts with 1 and each entry is the sum of the 2 numbers above it.
since we want 10C4 we have to go 10 lines
