They sound very sweet. I'm glad you're not choosing "matching" names.
Names starting with "D", "R" and "N" will flow well with the middle sounds in Adriana.
Something like:
Adriana Delaney
Adriana Dominique
Adriana Rachel
Adriana Raine
Adriana Rowan
Adriana Ruby
Adriana Natalie
Adriana Nicolette
Names starting with "E" will flow well with both Adriana and Giselle.
Something like:
Giselle Eden
Giselle Emerson/ Emery
Giselle Emily/ Emlyn/ Emmeline
Giselle Eve
Adriana Elaine
Adriana Elizabeth
Adriana Elle/ Ellen
Adriana Estelle
Adriana Evelyn
(these can be mixed and matched)
And, names starting with "I" or "Z" will flow well with the middle sounds Giselle.
Something like:
Giselle Imogen
Giselle Indiana
Giselle Irene
Giselle Iris
Giselle Isabella
Giselle Isadora
Giselle Ivy
Giselle Zara
Giselle Zoe
Or, if you don't like those, some commonly liked combinations are:
Adriana Jade
Adriana Marie
Adriana Belle
Adriana Lorelei
Adriana Renee
Adriana Megan
Adriana Claire
Adriana Faye
Adriana Rae
Adriana Kate
Giselle Francesca
Giselle Victoria
Giselle Kathleen
Giselle Alessandra
Giselle Olivia
Giselle Sophia
Giselle Meredith
Giselle Amelia
Hope that helps! :)

Adriana is good. I think Arianna is better. Giselle is very pretty.
Since Giselle is French, try a French middle name like Chloe or Madeline. Adriana might sound good with Lee, Marie, or Colette.

I love them! They're gorgeous together - especially because they don't explicitly 'match' or end in the same sound or whatever - but they still 'go' together.
What about these middle names: Adriana Colette and Giselle Madeline, Adriana Jane and Giselle Sofia, Adriana Maine and Giselle Claudette, Adriana Isobel and Giselle Lisette, Adriana Therese and Giselle Ophelia, Adriana Charlotte and Giselle Lucinda, Adriana Elisabeth and Giselle Victoria, Adriana Eloise and Giselle Violet, Adriana Brier and Giselle Madden, Adriana Nanette and Giselle Morgana, Adriana Eden and Giselle Violet, Adriana Elise and Giselle Morgana, Adriana Juliet and Giselle Elora, Adriana Delaney and Giselle Lorelei, Adriana Daphne and Giselle Ophelia, or Adriana Penelope or Giselle Cordelia?
My favorite combination, I think, is Adriana Eden and Giselle Violet.
Good luck and congrats on the twins!
PS Try www.nymbler.com for other middle name suggestions, if you can't think of any others you like.

I quite like them, though I'd LOVE Giselle and Adrienne (to stick with the French forms). ;) Gorgeous for twins. And not cutesy/matchy in the least. Very well thought out (I commend you). ;)
Since you obviously don't want the overdone filler type middle names, are there any others that appeal but were nixed as first names? Or simply the names of loved ones you'd like to honor? Favorite author or literary character? Things like that often make great, unexpected middle name choices!
Short of that, a few that seem a similar style might include:
Evangeline
Aurelia/Aurelie
Mathilde
Charlotte
Amelie
Emeline
Clarice
Clemence
Clothilde
Anais
Esme(e)
Camille
Cecile
Solange
Sabine
Seraphine
Joceline
Juliette
Daphne
Clementine
Coralie
Elodie
Sylvie
Noemie
Eugenie
Eloise/Heloise
Henriette
Leonie
Olivie
Madeleine
Odette
Penelope
Vivienne
Obviously they wouldn't all work with either name, but those are the sort that come to mind.
Adriana Sylvie and Giselle Noemie, or Adrienne Solange and Giselle Clementine, for instance. ;)
Hope that helps.

Agree completely with *Irish Mommy* on Adrienne and Giselle. Very pretty and so much more complimentary.
And THANK GOD _someone_ isn't using Grace or Rose as a middle name!
Giselle Lucine
Adrienne Simone

I LOVE the name Adriana, but not so much Giselle. I prefer Adriana and Juliane as twin names?
I like Adriana Kameron and Giselle Autumn. Giselle Ayanne is also nice but I'm sorry if I'm not much help because I can't think of any names.
I really love Adriana, but not Giselle, but I wish you luck in choosing a name anyways!
BTW, congratz on your twins!

I really like adriana...its very pretty, and I love that you've chosen a second name that is so different...but I can't help feeling like the twin who winds up with the name giselle will always be in her sister's shadow. Kind of like a pretty popular twin over the shy nerdy twin...but that's just my opinion. Congrats on twins and good luck!:)
