Very good. When I used to interview people, I would only call those of interest. If I was not interested, you will not hear back from me. It would be impossible for me to contact everyone that I wasn't interested in to let them know that they did not get the position.

However, them contacting you doesn't necessarily mean you have the job...they may be calling to ask additional questions or scheduling a 2nd interview. But either way, you are probably still a candidate of interest.

Maybe. You really can't tell anymore. I went on about 15 interviews in the past 3 months. I though I had leads and I'm still unemployed. :(
A couple of companies had the nerve to call me back to take a drug test. Getting me all excited. Because I felt then I was going to get the job since I do not do drugs! I past them all and THEY STILL DID NOT CALL BACK FOR ME TO WORK!!!!!!
