LOL, his current avatar is Type O Negative's Dead Again, not Jesus or Rasputin

It's not just music related nicknames but ALL nicknames period. Might be a blessing in disguise.

Dani G - I kinda like LnR, it's growing on me.

MachPen - Very true, but what I really want is your lunch money. Watch out during recess!

Spooky - I actually thought of going with rckets too. Also has grown on me.

Saturn - Sounds good except it's very close to another R&P person who goes by My Bloody Romance and you know where that's headed.

To all that say Jesus - LMAO

Well, the first one that comes to my mind {says a lot about my mind!}, is 'Pete' ~ after Peter Steele.

'The Green Man' ~ another TON referrence, and fits the pic.
'The Mad Monk' ~ what Rasputin was sometimes called.
'Rusty' ~ October Rust
{I recall Lovnrckets put that down as one of the albums he'd have if he was stuck in a room ~ on Sookie's question}

I need to think on this one for a while.. It needs to be a good one, and the Almighty King of Rock and Pop on Yahoo Answers just doesn't fall off the tongue, lol. I think I might always call him rockets.. it's really stuck for me.

Below, yes that is Rasputin, off a Type o Negative Cd, called dead again.

My Bloody Waxtrax

edit: is the pic Rasputin?

edit: rockets, whatever do you mean? it would lead to a spate of "HoW gReAt Is GeRarD wAy" type questions?

okay, how about Love and Rickets?

Um... lovnrckets = Love and Rockets, the 80s goth/new wave band that formed from the ashes of Bauhaus. Pretty music related, if I do say so.

EDIT: Oh... read the other thread. Meh... whatevs. I'm an idiot. =D

wow.....this is a tough one. The only things I can think of make him sound like a cheesy second rate superhero. I think I have to agree with Spooky's suggestion, but how would you fit that on a business card? He'll always be LnR to me.....

I've been trying for the last 10 minutes and shoot, I got nothing. I even went through my playlist and all I got was Rocket Man. For some reason, lovnrckets doesn't strike me as an Elton John loving kinda guy. Sorry to you both, I gave it my all.

while i am familiar with the Type O cover, I do think the name Jesus sticks.
If people want to get offended they can think of it as Hey-zuess

*giggle* well that is actually Grigori Rasputin on the cover of that Type O Negative album ... but to answer your question, I gave him one a couple of days ago, which is "R&P Bully" but that only applies to me, as he usually picks on me ;-) Right rckets? :P

*you know I'm just being silly
