They are completely different . But Musharraf costs the US a lot of money, Chavez does not. Chavez supplies the US with oil, Musharraf does not.. Musharraf's country is Islamic, Chavez' country is Christian.

Musharraf rules the rogue state who recognized and had trade with ex-Taliban government and sheltered Osama and has history of terror camps to train for bombings worldwide and had killed 50,000 people in Kashmir in India and still aiding and abetting terrorism both inside and outside Pakistan, for which US funds are used!
Indeed the hijacked planes attack on NY WTC and Pentagon were planned and executed by Osama with Al-Quida terrorists groups in Afghanistand and Pakistan only! They still operate from the border areas of these two nations with support of local tribal communities!
While the nuke powered Pak is gifted billions of dollars by America to maintain an autocratic and barbaric state of dictatorial governance the innocent Iraq was invaded, the President and his family and army killed and civil strife inflamed to get innocent thousand of Iraqis butchered by America and a huge fund of USD 500 Billions is spent on completing and continuing this noble mission! The greatest achievement of GW Bush is that he could fool everybody in the world's most powerful nation saying all in the name of protecting the US interests!
Since all above are absent in the case of Chavez who is simply keeping the back up of rebellious stand against USA to pose as a liberator, he is found to be planning and using the oil fund and other resources to the development schemes and has a vision for Venezuela! Though GW Bush lifted him right on the dais, on his recent visit to show his friendship he would like to get on with, Chavez is likely to walk in the middle to maintain image in and out of Venezuela!

One is a communist.
It is insane that we still give them money for their (pakistan) military when things are getting worse by the day...we don't even know if the money is going to hunting down terrorists...waste of money and time over there....

FOR STARTERS CHAVEZ DOESN'T HAVE NUKES, AND IS ANTI US GOVERNMENT. MUSHARRAF IS PRO US AND HAS NUKES ALONG WITH LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.
