There are so many episodes on the "Andy Griffith Show" to choose as a favorite. Wonderful program.
I suppose my favorite Andy Griffith episode is where Opie kills the mother bird and has to raise the babies and then set them free.

I like the one when Aunt Bea ran the prison called The Rock. I guess they ran out of jail space and they had to send some of the prisoners to Andy's house and I think it was Otis who tried to escaped from the house in the laundry truck and Aunt Bea took a broom and started beating one of the bags he hid in.

One where two city cops were trying to figure who was stealing cattle, they thought it was 3 people from the foot prints - Andy was the one who pointed out the cow's prints were missing. This old drunk was putting shoes on them to throw people off.

I like the one where that little brat kept rifding his bike on the sidewalk even after Dep.Fife told him not too. Later Andy puts the smack down on the kid and impounds his bike. Its funny too, because now days all kids act like that.
