i have totally ruined my feet this season from all the blisters i have gotten from wearing flats!!!
it is pretty hard to keep from getting blisters in flats because you dont want to wear socks and since they are more comfortable than heels, you usually wear them around longer and that adds fuel to fire basically.
you can try and wear socks or purchase those special ankle socks in a dark color. Also, make sure that when you are going to be wearing flats, throw some thick bandaids in your purse that you can use at the first sign of blisters...

Yeah flats can get annoying like that. Here are a few tips that will hopefully help:
-wear leggings or tights with them so your feet are a little guarded with something
-get these shoe pads they sell at pharmacy's like cvs that help pad the shoe in places you need it to
-break them in, maybe it's just cuz they're new
-be careful what you buy, maybe you have enough flats and can move onto other shoes, or buy flats you know are comfy
-give your feet a rest, every once in a while slip your feet out of the flats and give them some air, that might stop sores
-put a band aid on the places you get sores, that way the shoe can't touch and hurt those places again!
-put on foot cream, it will make the sores hurt a little less
-before wearing flats again, make sure the sores you have now heal

wear comfortable flats...but odds are if you walk a lot in uncomfortable flats your feet will get sore anyway.... but laying down after a nice shopping day helps with the soreness!
i LOVE flats with like LITTLE diamonds
and don't forget to accessories!
yay flats!

i have the same problem- you have two choices: you can either switch shoes often (don't wear flats every day- try some heels, tennis, clogs, sandals.....something with support) OR, if you really want to stick with flats, you can buy pads to put inside the shoe.....definitely go for them, because they help incredibly! there's a big variety, too- just go online or to your nearest shoe store and look for some (they come in gel, arch support, heel support, ball/toe cushion.....)

Band-aid brand came out with this awesome new product called "Blister Block". You rub it on your feet where you would normally get sores...it really does work!!

band-aids
the small, round, clear ones so they don't look awful in ur cute flats!
trust me, that happens to me allllll the time!!!
and if u dont wanna wear band aids, then wear ur shoes, then when u get a blister, put the blister stick (by band-aid) on it and be sure to wear comfy shoes the next day
also, you can wear tights

well, if you mean on the back of your ankle/foot, then put a fabric-type bandaid on it so it wont rub the sore area, i sometimes even put a few bandaids on the same area and fabric bandaids are the only ones that stick for a really long time.

I found heel insert things at PayLess that stick to the back of my ballerina flats and keep the backs from rubbing my ankles until they bleed. They went from my least favorite shoes to one of my favorites after that!

I wonder what is causing the soars? Flats are so comfortable and so cute and hip. Sorry to hear about your toes. Maybe it depends on how long you are on your feet or what material they are? Sorry I can't offer any different advice.
