I understand they are currently building the holding areas next to Santa home on the north Pole-kind of a soil & green thing for Santas Elves

If you read Revelations, you'll see that yes, it will happen after the rapture. Maybe before in some places. If you aren't right with God then you will still be here after the rapture and I feel for you. Give your life to God and you shouldn't have to worry about that.
