Not condoning it or anything, but....
1) if there is a bill at their house, in your name, call and have the service shut off w/o the other person knowing.
2) Have 50 pizzas sent to their house.
3) Vaseline on the back of their steering wheel.
I have lots more ideas, but they are probably all ILLEGAL.

Long as its legal, fine with me. I dont see whats wrong. But, as the good samaritan would say "even if the person has done wrong to you and others, do not fallow in his foot steps" you can pick one.
