Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, 4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. Interestingly enough, it doesn't say when our names got written (I think that would be from eternity past) but the Bible DOES say in Revelation "...and I will not blot out..."

So those whom the Lord has chosen will be those whose names were not blotted out.
