God knows all, and allows certain things to happen, so yes He knows why you had a miscarriage and permitted it for a reason you may not know.
We should trust Him completely, because He is a good and loving Father.

A lot of times in a miscarriage there was something wrong with the pregnancy to begin with. God or your body realizes this and it's it's own way of naturally taking care of it.
