i am on birth control and have not started my period these last two months. i took a pregnancy test last month and i was not pregnant. what could be causng this? since i am on the pill i always start on my third sugar pill. i have symptoms like i would be starting but i dont. someone please explain this! =]

Those birth control pills can mess you up sometimes. You need to see your Dr. and see what can be done. Sometimes just a simple change of pills can do the trick.

Well, there are a few things to consider: Have you had sex recently? Have you just started the pill? Have you had a change in diet or exercise? Sometimes the pill can cause all types of side effects and a change in lifestyle could add stress to your body. I would consult with your physician.

Most probably your BC pills. They screw up your hormones so your periods has a high chance of being disrupted. Also, doesn't matter you took the preg. test last month. When did you have sex last, that's most important. Take it again if necessary.
You should be checking with your doctor when you're on BCs.

the birth control makes your period be real weired i just went to the doctors today and asked that same question she said that the pill tricks your body into thinking it is pregnant but its not so that's why your perod is late

The pill is horrible stuff to put in your body. It really does screw up everything. And it makes it harder to have kids when you get older. Good luck and God bless!!
