Iran does not care with regard to the Palestinians. Although I really disagree with neo-conservatives, I'm not sure where this conspiratorial thinking comes from.
It is not that hard to get a majority of people to go to war with another country. They don't need to fake any terrrorist attacks or anything like that.
The media is afraid to question them. All Bush/Cheney would have to do is go on national TV and say that Iran is a threat and 40% of the country would automatically back them.
They may have to trump up some evidence to get another 10% but that wouldn't be to hard. Basically, patriotism and fear have made people blind, obedient, and unquestioning.

Don't be unaware of the threat of the Islamic regime in Iran. The brutal and cruel regime believes that US and Israel are the enemies of god and should be destroyed. Be sure when they get nuclear weapon they give it to terrorist organizations.
