Go here http://www.classictube.com/ to find the pre-made lines. They sell standard steel and stainless lines. Trying to make them yourself is a bad idea unless you have the tools and the know how.

In most cases mechanics make the lines up. We buy rolls of steel line(usually 3/16 or 1/4 inch diameter) Cut to length, bend to fit, install the fitting and double flare (or bubble flare if metric) using a flaring tool. Brake lines can be a pain in the *%$#& but with time and patience they can be done. Use a coated line for corrosion resistance.

Not all brake line kits are created equal. Bolt on a performance brake kit and enjoy shorter stopping distances, less brake fade, and more aggressive pedal bite. Plus, the high-octane look of performance brake rotors and calipers makes your ride memorable.
