I'm a compulsive money spender?

I spend money like I'm a millionare on movies, eating out, etc. and yet I do not make much at all. So yeah I'm living way beyonds my means but it's almost like a gambling compulsion to me and I can't quit. How can I get help for myself?

Set a really high goal for yourself for saving money....like saving 10,000 dollars. Put it away in a savings account and try to think of ways you can add to that savings account all the time. Like recycling, selling old books on amazon, eating cheap food at home and things like that. Once you get to your goal, you will find you dont want to spend money like you used to anymore.

The first step is in recognizing that you have the compulsion. The next step is to get some counseling. Use your compulsion to spend some money on a counselor. A third step is to assign all your pay to someone you can trust who will pay your required bills, such as utilities, groceries, and car payments, and give you a small allowance that you can spend, but not allow you to use money that you should not be spending.

The first step is admitting you have a problem.
Next, get some form of counseling. There is a VERY high probability you do NOT have an actual compulsion, just lack of discipline. Confusing compulsion and lack of discipline will guarantee you don't correct either.

First you must have a self discipline which is very hard to obtain even I don't have a self discipline. Ok so then next you must see a psychologist he will help you with your self discipline after that you can buy a book called "Rich Dad Poor Dad" I am currently reading it and it's very helpful for those who want to learn different strategies in life.
