See your doctor because there are many things like stress, diet, medications, thyroid problems, weight, issues or problems with your female reproductive organs (tubes blocked, not ovulating, hostile cervical mucus, etc), sperm issues, poor timing. There are really too many to list. If you have been trying longer than a year you both need to see a doctor to find out if there is an issue. Most couples take a year to conceive. You only have about a 25% chance of conceiving each cycle with well timed intercourse. Best wishes ttc!!!!

It depends on how long you've been trying before you should really get worried. Most doctors say it takes a healthy couple at least 6 months to get pregnant, and even then, some say up to a year. I would not get too worried, until you've exhausted all of your options. You should take this time to get to know your body, and your cycle. If you already know, (when you start each month, how long it lasts, and what symptoms you get before your cycle starts), then you should try counting backwards, from the first day of your cycle (2wks prior), and that is typically when you would ovulate. I recommend having sex that entire week, or at least every other day for best results, and then of course you just have to play the waiting game till that time of the month. It typically took me and my husband at least 4 months each time we got pregnant, so patience is the key. You can also buy an ovulation kit which may give you a more accurate date for ovulation. Good luck and I am sending lots of baby vibes your way!!!

You said in your last question that you had a condition that you asked how to get rid of it. This could be why you have been unable to conceive as that condition does cause problems in female reproductive systems. Consult your doctor and and they should be able to test you to make sure all is in order.
