Colors for winter 2007: Rich purple, eggplant, deep gray, coffee brown, intense navy.
Shoes - boots, embellished flats & pumps w/ slightly thicker heels.
Metallics for purses & shoes. Silver or gold for evening. Subtle shimmery black, brown/bronze, amethyst or dark gray for day time.
Tweeds, lush knits & more structured looks.
e.g Give a loose sweater some shape by wearing a belt. Pencil skirts.
Tailored, high waisted trousers w/ boots.
Belted trench coats or pea coats w/ interesting buttons.

Bright colors are in right now, especially, turquois, hot fushia, and green. For pants, they say jeans as long as they are bright colored, (not really a favorite of mine though). As far as shoes.....boots, boots, and more boots!! Any boots, knee high, ankle, or even slouchy boots are so in right now. I work at an international modeling center and are around very fashion conscoius people (including myself) all day long. I always read tons of fashion magazines and try to keep up with major trends.
