Each horizontal increment is 10 minutes.

speed = distance/time
Or
distance = speed*time
Have you done anything with xy plots of equations like
x = c*y? That's what this is.

Just for kicks, assume the speed is 9 miles/10 minutes. Calculate the position after 10 min, 20 min, ..., 60 min. Plot the data point.

this is a distance vs. time graph... since the line is straight and with a positive slope.. it has a constant speed
