How many homes would you be inspecting? I recommend asking a Realtor. Much of your business would come though referrals from Realtors anyway. You may as well establish a relationship now.

depends on how many home inspections he does in a year, usual charge is around $250.00. right now times are tuff and slow may not do very good.
