How can people not know the hoax of "Global Warming" is a political activist movement, and big business? 10's of thousands of jobs are relying on "global warming." Think about it. Things done for your car, and your home and the environment, and money going to research. It is a weak science.
Their are many scientists who will concur as to the hoax.
Prof. Tim Hall of Winnipeg
Roy Spencer, NASA
Prof. Shaviv, Israel
Prof. Lawson, of Blaby
Prof. Clark of Ont.
Prof. Corbin
Author of IPCC, Christy
Economist Shikwati
Prof. Stott
Prof. Reiter, Paris
Lindzen of MIT
Many, many more scientists concur. It is purely political!
This hoax is part of what prevents development in developing countries. Too much money on a falsehood and not enough on the truth! It is not man made or otherwise!!!

Actually, there are things we can do about an asteroid hitting the Earth, if we have enough forewarning and the asteroid is the right type. Global warming is a natural process that has happened many times before, will happen many more times in the future, and we do not have the power to stop it. We can make it happen a little faster, or, with great effort, we might be able to slow it down some, but we can't prevent it.
Anyone who calls this nutty doesn't watch the Science channel very much. No wonder they are willing to take the word of a career politician who is not a scientist about what are and are not science based issues.

There are lots of different ways the earth can be destroyed, or the human race can be wiped out, unfortunately. The dinosaurs were most likely killed off by an asteroid or comet. However, the dinosaurs didn't have a space program and a bunch of very smart super-apes to figure out a solution.
Global warming is different, however, in that the causes are most likely man-made. Also, its impact is KNOWN to be relatively short-term, while we may not get another earth-killing asteroid for thousands or even millions of years.
For an interesting video about the possible ways the world can end, check this out:

LOL - Very Funny!!
The weird thing about global warming. Did you know that the glaciers on Mt. Shasta have grown by 30% over the last 10 years? The reason, wetter than average winter moisture levels. Why? Changes in weather patterns because of global warming.
While most glaciers are on the retreat, some, like the ones on Mt Shasta are growing.
The dangerous part, Mt Shasta is an active volcano. To much water down the pipe a ka-pow

Can I at least live in a clean place, instead of in a dirty toilet full of smoke for the time that it takes the asteroid hit?

Did God tell you that?
Besides, last time an asteroid hit I'm pretty sure life went on - in fact we can attribute our evolutionary success directly to that event (the death of the dinosaurs allowed mammals to thrive on the earth).
Anyway, what kind of sh*tty copout is that anyway? We don't have to do anything about our greed and pollution because the earth is going to end anyway? Give me a break - what about quality of life? What about nurturing the planet that has supported your life? You're being selfish.

Where'd u get ur information? Do u have a high college degree? my point exactly.
I believe global warming is endangering our earth, its habitants(plants, animals, etc) and ourselves. However, we don't have an exact date, or reason how, our world will end. Therefore, we have no proof global warming will end our earth and existence.

If we could see it coming 50 years in advance, we would certainly make plans to stop it and would probably successfully do so.
Of course we would have many nay-sayers, saying that it won't hit us; it has always been there. We should wait until its here to worry about it.
