Who's side do you take: Your white coworker who's also your acquaintance but is the opposite race as you or someone who is the same race as you but is being rude in the situation? Is race thicker than rudeness? Discuss.

I would stand up for the person who is being wronged whether they are white or black. Rudeness is not acceptable in the workplace so, yeah, I'd have to say something.

I don't step into other people's affair like that and if my friend is in the right then I would take her side without a second thought

I'd try to sort things out of course.. and then if it all doesn't workout and it's all a misunderstanding/hopeless
i'll defend my friend or anyone that is right.

but i know many people who would totally be with their ethnicity no matter what.. but I like to see things both ways

I'll take the correct side,
Because of morality.
If the black discriminated against white i will go with white.
If the white discriminated against black i will go with black.

i don't like confrontation so i wouldn't get in it unless it was physical but you should take the side of whoever is right unless their crazy and that's when you get security
