When the clouds and cold weather hit I feel like time slows down. For no apparant reason I start to feel alone, like I'm not a part of anything. A sense of isolation, even when I'm with friends. When spring hits everything returns to normal. Do you experience this?

In the fall and winter i have learned that this is my hibernation time. A time where I get quite and reflect, learn and grow.I do a lot of reflection and soul searching during the gray months. When spring and summer come around, I become awake, feel refreshed, renewed and play hard (hiking, biking, beach etc). So instead of feeling blue, you may want to change your focus to reflection.
