Basalt.

Basalt is, in simplest terms, is cooled magma. Nothing could live in it, let alone die and be preserved in it.

The rest of your choices are sedimentary rocks, all very capable of hosting fossils, and do.

I'm not familiar with all those rocks, but it's probably an igneous rock, so it might be basalt.

Basalt is a medium-quick cooling of lava flow. I imagine if lava is flowing, then any animals or pre-existing fossils caught in it would be, um, destroyed rather than preserved.
