it's a classical piece...I don't need to read it so much as I have to figure out who the hell wrote it...where can I go to figure out who wrote it?

Musician, composer, teacher.

If you said for what instrument and showed some of the sheet music maybe someone here could have told you, and do you know the composer ??? !!!!!!! If your in high school go to the music teacher maybe he/she will know....if your in college do the same thing. Don't you have any friends that play piano, guitar or violin maybe they'll recognize it !!!!!!!!!

if you have a title go to google or ask.com. if you don't, find a person who loves classical, especially if this is a school assignment it is most likely a very common peice of music.
