I live in Santa Cruz and a lot of the technical or medical training schools are over the hill in San Jose or San Francisco. Are there any programs available online or through a local community college? What is the quickest yet best road to take to becoming a radiologist tech?

The correct title is radiologic technologist, and there is no "quick" way. It is a minimum of 2 years full time. You can find accredited schools here: http://arrt.org/index.html?content=http://www.arrt.org/nd/listOfSchools.ndm/listSchools&iframe=yes (choose "Radiography" and search, then go down the list to find schools in your area).

they are separate. you've lots of the tutorial and classes accomplished already if you're a radiologist technician, yet to change right into a radiologist, you'll favor to take some extra stepped forward classes.
