It's going no particular direction. I can see it going both ways. If you focus on the extended leg, and imagine it spinning the other direction as it crosses in front of (or behind) the other leg, then you have a better chance of seeing it go both ways.

I can see it going in both directions. The first time I watched it I got really annoyed because I could only see it going clockwise. I was trying to add up 91+26 and couldn't because I was focusing so hard on trying to make her change direction. But then I watched it again and she kept changing. I had to look away in between though and imagine her going in the other direction and then it seemed to work when I looked back.
