Search the name of the Virus in Google, you should be able to locate manual removal instructions. Good luck.

The reason the Virus will not go away is because Norton is behind half if not more of the viruses out there. If viruses stopped there business would stop. When viruses are a major problem they sell software. Try downloading avg. Go to download.com and download avg. due a complete scan and this will help. install Norton and get your money back. AVG is free and there fore not as good but has always helped me. hope this helps.

I had Norton Anti-Virus and would always pop up and tell me that I had two viruses on my computer. However, I did a free virus scan with HouseCall and it turned up no viruses at all. It may be a glitch in the Norton software, or it could be a way for Norton to get you to continue using its products and continuously subscribing to them.
Here's the link for the free virus scan:

Get Ad-Aware. Had about 250+ viruses and it cleaned my computer almost completely clean. I only have 2 viruses on my computer now, but they don't pop up or anything. Ad Aware is one of the best in my opinion. AVG is also good.
On my computer, I have:...
Ad Aware 2007
AVG Free Edition
Symantec Antivirus
Mozilla Firefox - Good web browser with nice pop up blocking
Windows Defender
+ Google Toolbar - Also stops pop ups minorly.
That is a good way to stop that stuff in their tracks.

Some viruses corrupt antivirus programs and you think they are working when they really aren't. You may need to completely uninstall your antivirus program and reload a current version.
