Jupiter has to be my favourite planet of all.
Jupiter's changing cloud bands and the Great Red (salmon pink) Spot can enthral me for hours. In a nights observing you can watch the Spot go from one side of the planet to the other.
But I think it is the ethereal dance of his 4 major moons that does it for me.
Anyone who has watched a double shadow transit across the face of Jupiter will understand how awe inspiring this planet is. It's incredible that you can watch this happen in real time, it's not some sci-fi movie made up to entertain you.
And to top it off is the theory, I don't know how credible it is, that at Jupiter's core there is this humongous diamond.

my favorite planet is earth because it is a unique planet and it is at the right distance from the sun and it is not too near the sun to be very hot and not too far to be very cold and its atmosphere has right combination of gases and life exists in this planet

My Favourite planet is Mars! Because I find it very fascinating and I love astronomy and I have studded about Mars since I was a little kid! that's why I love mars! And I got to see Mars a few months ago! when it was close to the earth! It was so beautiful!

I like living on Earth, But I was always fascinated with pluto, all alon eout there. But then they took away it's "planet" status, so now I have no favorite.
I would also vote for any rouge planets you could find, because that is just cool.

Earth obviously I live on it see now if I could travel and live on other planets chances are I'd have a different answer!

I like Earth the most as I live on it and it feeds us, it gives us every thing, other planets can't grow to feed us, or give us shelter.
