Here are the options:
Bathroom: chemical cleaners, water to drown in or slip on, every surface is hard so a fall could be very bad
Kitchen: stove or range, esp. gas ones, knives, sharp blades on appliances, moldy food in the fridge
Basement: gas lines, furnace and water heater, all the dangerous power tools (in ours), wicked-large spiders
Staircases: falling down them
Garage: power tools, lawnmower, carbon monoxide, possibly rabid red squirrels that are impossibly fast (in ours)
Living Room: fireplace (potential fire or smoke hazard)
Office: large bookshelves that could fall on top of you, lots of electrical equipment that could short out, phone calls from telemarketers that make you homicidal
The only room that doesn't seem to harbor danger is the bedroom. But, I guess if you slept around, this might be where you would contract an STD that could lead to an early death.
So, in short, your whole house is a death trap. :)
Fun question.

In a normal house I would say the kitchen and than the bathroom. I say kitchen because of the appliances and what goes on. It could be the garage depending on what is done in it.
