Why do people hate Lars Ulrich?

I think I've read some hate about Hetfield too... why do people hate them? I'm a newbie to metallica so I don't know the history. Anyone care to explain?

Lars is a greedy control freak who started the alarm for all the anti Internet music downloading.

Lars killed Napster.

Yeah, I just hate Metallica. They're destroying a genre they created.
