Oh you guys, this is too much !!!
I gotta admit when I first came to Y!A,three people caught my eyes. Lioness,Gnu Sense, and Sigy .
Lioness,I admire you so much. You remind me of myself, sweet sassy woman that you are.People can't help but to wanna be by your side. You're my girl, and i love your personality and honesty.
Gnu Sense, rather you know it or not,you are very dear to me.I agree with Sigy, with what she said about your intellect and logic.I consider you as my mentor, and a great mentor you are.
Your ability to stand on both side and speaks what's right, that to me is admirable. Thanks for the kind words,I'm very honored for you to think of me as such....
And you Sigy,I said this to you in private, now I will say it again on here.I wish there were more like you. It's not everyday that you would meet or encounter a young lady like yourself so passionate about things.Never mind your age, your interest in learning on top of the things that you already know is a good thing. My sweet Sigy, keep up the good work..
I wanna thank all my contacts for the respect and kindness that have shown me since I've been on Y!A......

This is nice, thanks.
You Sigy, Lioness, Teeleecee, Steven, Gnu Sense, Hala, Shivers and even some of the brutally honest people here, whether or not I agree with their views.
There are others whom I think are lovely and intelligent people, and who contribute much to this section.

I would not try the method that you are thinking of. If you want to say something to him, then say it with words from your mouth, not a note. You will seem to be playing games with him, even if you are not trying to play a game. If you do decide that you want to do it in a note, then remember this, never try to have a secret that involves more than one person. If you do write a note, then let him know that you are interested in him, but you are unsure if he is wanting to "be" with someone. You could say something like, if you are interested in meeting some one, then wear, (clothing that you KNOW he owns), on a certain day, (like Friday).

You sweet thing. Well, I admire YOU because you clearly have a big heart. You are smart and you admit you don't have all the answers - a winning combination.
I admire Wawisgirl very much. She always has the most interesting questions, the best links, and really gets me thinking. She honestly respects others who make different life choices. Plus, she reminds me of my mom - a feminist computer programmer. So that's always good. :-)

Hi Sigy! I also admire you, Gnu Sense, Lioness, the REAL Rio Madeira, The Violinist, Twilight, Baba Yaga, and all my contacts [I've got the maximum, 200, so there are many others I'd like to have but can't!]
I also greatly admire my Australian contacts, including Thing 55000, ll_jenny_ll, The Texican, Dick E Knee, CutsieDread, Big Raymond, Surfa, Molly, Ted T, and many others. They are passionate advocates for social progress, peace, equality, freedom of expression, the environment, and many other important issues. They are also honest, frank, and witty.

I would, but when I've been really impressed by a question or answer, I try to communicate that in the thread. So those people already know that I admire their take on a particular thing.
However, I'm going to stop just short of outright fanboy treatment. I don't actually know any of you people, and that's what it takes for me to actually admire a person: exposure to them in their daily life, over time.
Perhaps that is a touch skeptical, but I think it's healthy realism. As for those who have consistently impressed with their ideas, well, if they check back on questions they've answered, they'll see it. If they read my answer in a question, they know then, also.
I see that Ms. L has thrown out there that you are 15. As one of the more balanced posters who tends to post questions that start simple, but end up deserving more in depth thought, well, that's worthy of some virtual admiration.
Everybody else... you know who you are!

I admire Lioness for her intellectual open deep questions and she doesn't seem to care what others think of her. I also love her insightful answers she offers.
I admire Goldengal and DP because they are one of the nicest dog people on that forum, they're there to educate not judge or harass.
I admire you for your intellegence at such a young age and also asking provoking and cool questions without caring what others think of you.
The ways I show admiration on here is that I add them to my contact list, I email them and I answer their questions or questions they starred.

First, I appreciate this post. Thank you for your kind words.
I admire you for your thoughtfulness and intelligence. I would never have even guessed that you were younger than Rio, but even ignoring age altogether, your desire to show fairness and to promote reconciliation would strike me as noteworthy.
I admire Lioness for her passion and strength and her quick wit.
I admire Troll Shark for his brilliant sense of satire and for his good-natured character and thoughtfulness, which comes through when he does post seriously.
I admire Shivers for her even handedness and her relentless pursuit of mutual understanding between disagreeing factions, even when it gets her grief from various quarters.
I admire BabyGirlS for for earthy sense of humor, her perceptiveness, and her kind, loving heart.
I admire Priscilla for her knowledge and wisdom concerning human interactions. I had assumed until recently that she was quite a bit older. The silver haired avatar was part of it, but also the content of her posts and the fact that she seems to have a kind of class rare among women today.
Lots of others too. I've met some great people here.

I admire Object because she is not afraid to speak her mind no matter how unpopular it may be with others. She is an original and doesn't care what others think. She wins the badge of courage from me anyway.
