The key to this is predictability. Hume uses an example of a glass knocked over...then we have a predilection of it breaking as it crashes to the floor.

Therefore we need an example of cause which generates an unpredictable effect.

The only thing which comes to mind is the stock market. The system is strewn with analyzable causes, yet the effects are ALWAYS COMPLETELY unpredictable in light of the Humean constant conjunction theory.
