Ha, ha, ha, hee, hee, ha, whoa, best laugh I've had all day.
No - being beautiful for women is an enormous genetic advantage which has been well-documented. Thanks to the halo effect, people who are perceived as beautiful are subconsciously considered to be smarter, more capable, successful, etc. although empirical data indicates this is generally not the case. And thanks to the beauty bias, beautiful women generally have superior lives compared to their less-well favored counterparts - better choice of desirable mates, better pay, better grades in school, better job opportunities - and they fare better in criminal court too. Furthermore, since most men consider beauty as one of the most desirable traits for a mate, being beautiful is even more advantageous for a women than for a man (very few women marry men just because they are gorgeous - men do this all the time). And although not as susceptible as men, most women tend to favor beautiful women as well.
Most of the negatives are the same as other less comely women deal with (gender prejudice, not being taken seriously, objectification, rape) but, contrary to popular belief, beautiful women are no more likely to be on the receiving end of negative treatment than any other woman. Actually the only real disadvantage to being beautiful is that sometimes it can cause a person to not develop other aspects of their personality or to become morally stunted, selfish, insensitive, conceited and/or lacking in empathy.
