Where was George Bush when Katrina happened ?

On Family Guy they said he was in a treehouse at his Crawford, TX home reading a childrens book . I have also heard he was in Florida or Kentucky teaching an elementary class .

He was waiting for the call from the heads of state. That's proper protocol.

He was in Florida reading a kids book to a bunch of school kids. He proceeded on to fundraisers for the next two days and had his picture taken flying OVER and looking concerned...a bit before the "Brownie...heck of a job" quote.
