Being forgetful is certainly not a sign of senility.
I have a cell phone full of reminders.
It just seemed like a good question to ask...

I LOVE the responses! At least I have an idea where I could sell it, if I invent one. (haha!!).

I like what "mountaingal" says, but right now, I can't afford all those vitamins. boo hoo....

Anyway, I guess there's a lot of people who feel as I do.

As for you, Chip Monk! Sounds like you need that wife of yours! I'm sure there are batteries for her. (in the form of tender love from you...)

AS USUAL, I AGREE WITH ALL. SO BEST ANSWER CHOICE IS ALWAYS HARD FOR ME. You are helping me to laugh a lot. THANKS EVERYONE!

I got a new one fitted in the old brain about 5 years ago at PC World, only to discover that the card had been programmed by an idiot and inserted by a half wit, At least that is my excuse for being the way I am in my senility. good question CC

Go to the health food store and get
a big can of powdered lecithin. Use
1 tablespoon on cereal or whatever. It
tastes good. Lecithin is a great emulsifier and extends the freshness
of all home-made rolls/bread/buns.
It is a wonderful brain food. A
component of Lecithin is
Phospatydleserine OR PS. for short.
This really feeds the brain cells a
LOT and helps the synapsis so that
thoughts can flow more quickly.
Take a 100mg softgel 1-3 times per day.
Also, take one B-100 per day.
This is a B complex vitamin at 100mg
per day.
Also, take niacinimide 250mg caps
once per day. If you face flushes (turns red) use the non-flush kind but
I don't think it works as well.
Send me a note in about a month
when you will be able to remember
back for years, but better yet, you get
a much better understand of what's
going on and how to make good
decisions.
None of what I told you are medications...these are food supplements.

Not only the age thing but, the medication thing, seems to have a lot to do with this in my case... I don't think the whack on the head helped either! I now know what Betty White's life on Golden Girls was like! My poor husband! And, I always thought it would be cool to be such an air head, not a problem in the world... Maybe I didn't get whacked hard enough!

When you find out where to pick up one of those brain memory card things, please e-mail me with the information or, I'll never remember!

THANKS!

Hahaha! Have you seen that movie with Keanu Reeves called "Johnny Nemonic?" I have fantasies of brain memory cards all the time....

But you know what helps? It's a vitamin supplement called Constant Focus.

Good stuff.

I'd like to find out how to dump the unused files, like what I wore to third grade, and the entire text of my graduation speech.

Oh well, I guess a new memory card *would* help.

There's so much to remember these days, we need one. Everything has a pin number or a password, the memory card would probably need one to and I'd forget what it was. lol

It is a good question. Wish it were that simple. Like a sim card for a phone. that would be awesome.
